Marty Church has more than 35 years of real estate industry experience as an appraiser, asset manager and broker. With his extensive experience representing tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, he has a thorough understanding of all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. In his real estate advisory practice, Marty’s focus is on guiding companies and organizations to fully informed and effective real estate decisions.
Marty’s experience includes 10 years at Grubb & Ellis Company, where he was Senior Vice President and Branch Manager. Prior to G&E, he was Regional Vice President at Transpacific Development Company, managing property operations, leasing and sales for a portfolio comprised of 2 million square feet of office and retail space in Northern California, Arizona and Hawaii. He was also a leading broker at Cushman & Wakefield, both in C&W’s San Mateo and San Jose branches, for over 14 years.
Marty has received awards for San Mateo County “Broker of the Year,” San Francisco Business Times “Suburban Office Building Sale of the Year” and he is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional.
