Sun brings more than 26 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a distinguished background in hotel development, ownership, and operations. His career spans the full development cycle—from land acquisition and entitlement through construction, stabilization, and long-term asset management.

Over the course of his career, Sun has developed, renovated, and operated 7 nationally branded hotels, including affiliations with Marriott, Starwood and Hilton. He successfully led and managed two hotel development companies for over 18 years, overseeing all aspects of strategy, execution, and operations, and building a strong track record of delivering high-quality hospitality assets.

In his brokerage practice, Sun specializes in hotels, investment properties, redevelopment opportunities, mixed-use projects, and affordable housing. His hands-on development experience provides clients with a unique, owner-operator perspective, allowing him to identify value, mitigate risk, and unlock opportunities across complex transactions.
