Sarah Choy

Sarah Choy is a property manager in the Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office.

She manages a diverse office, retail, and industrial portfolio for private and institutional clients. Sarah is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, including budgeting, lease administration, vendor management, reporting, and client and tenant relationships.

Sarah launched her career in commercial real estate in 2015 as a portfolio administrator with Kidder Mathews, where she developed a strong foundation in the industry. In 2021, she furthered her career by joining Unico Properties as an assistant property manager for a historic downtown Seattle high rise, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for historic preservation. In 2022, Sarah was promoted to property manager, overseeing two prominent Seattle waterfront properties. In this role, she gained valuable experience managing several capital projects, refining her skills in property operations, and developing strong client relationships.

In 2024, Sarah rejoined Kidder Mathews, bringing her expanded expertise and passion for delivering exceptional service to her clients.
