Monica Chapman

Monica Chapman is a property manager in Kidder Mathews’ Phoenix office, where she manages nearly 500,000 square feet of office, retail, and owner association properties. Monica has been in the commercial property management industry since 1994. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Monica was a property manager with Property Management Advisors, RiverRock Real Estate Services, Kitchell and CBRE, managing various portfolios of up to 1.5 million square feet consisting of retail, industrial, business park, and office properties for multiple institutional and private clients.

Monica is detail oriented and an excellent multi-tasker. She has strong financial acumen and is proficient with Yardi, Skyline, and MRI property management accounting systems. Monica is directly responsible for tenant relations, day-to-day operations, lease administration, operating budget preparation and management, annual CAM reconciliations and forecasting, monthly financial reporting, vendor selection and contract management as well as communicating effectively with owners, tenants, brokers, lenders and vendors. Monica has also played a significant role in overseeing property renovations, building improvements and tenant improvement construction projects.
