Drawing on an analytics foundation from his early career in commercial real estate research, Charles brings a data-driven approach to pricing, structure, and risk. He advises on corporate relocations, lease renewals, expansions, subleases, acquisitions/dispositions, sale-leasebacks, covered-land plays, and medical office assignments. Clients rely on his market fluency, disciplined underwriting, and clear recommendations to create flexibility, reduce occupancy cost, and protect downside.
Over the course of his brokerage practice, Charles has been involved in leasing and sales assignments totaling roughly $152,000,000 in consideration spanning headquarters moves, multi-suite medical rollouts, and value-add office strategies. His local knowledge, relationships with owners and tenants, and creative planning help clients capture concessions up front, navigate zoning and entitlement dynamics, and execute with precision in shifting market conditions.
Before brokerage, Charles built his reputation in CRE research at Colliers International, supporting various brokerage teams and helping with transaction analysis, experience that continues to inform his advisory work. He regularly shares insights with clients and stakeholders on Eastside trends, capital markets, and office/medical demand drivers.
