Donna Canterna

Donna Canterna is a senior property manager in the Kidder Mathews’ Bellevue office. Donna manages a diverse medical, office, retail, and industrial portfolio for private and institutional clients. Donna is responsible for oversight of all aspects of day-to-day operations, budgeting, lease administration, vendor selection, tenant relations, lease renewals, reporting, and construction management. She has extensive experience in managing capital and tenant improvement projects, market ready, and vacancy turns.

Donna has over 20 years’ experience in establishing business partnerships, managing industry associations and commercial real estate, customer support, capital projects, fiscal budgets, vendor contracts, sales reporting, and client relationships.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Donna was a property manager for Powell Development Company, where she managed a portfolio consisting of 1 million square feet of commercial and retail assets, as well as hundreds of tenants, clients, and vendors. She bid vendor contracts, reviewed bids, hired vendors, and managed construction project updates on time and within budget.
