Joseph began his real estate career working on creative solutions in the disposition of distressed real estate properties all over the San Francisco Bay Area. Working with parties such as banks, lending institutions, investors, lien-holders, property owners, brokers, attorneys, the CFPB, US Treasury, the IRS, and Title, Joseph acquired a strong skill-set as it pertains to negotiations in meeting his client’s objectives. Joseph worked to get the file to the investor for an approval for sale, worked to complete the transaction, and worked to make the property owner solvent while providing opportunistic deals for engaged buyers. In addition, Joseph did extensive research on real estate private equity investment strategies to assist in the genesis, launch, and potential financing of a real estate financial platform.
Joseph is currently a member of the firm’s life science group assisting clients locate office, R&D, and lab space. His burgeoning expertise in the area ensure that his clients meet their short-term goals which ultimately ensure their long-term success and longevity. He is also responsible for new business development efforts in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Joseph holds degrees from the University of San Francisco, as well as a degree from the University of Oxford. When away from the office he enjoys combat sports and swimming.
