Phillip Caguioa-Moore

Phillip specializes in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions in the Portland metropolitan area and along the I-5 corridor.

Phillip joins a highly experienced team, partnering with Jordan Carter, Clay Newton and Tyler Linn, bringing over 50 years of experience and over $1 billion in transaction value.

Prior to joining the team, Phillip was a Senior Marketing Coordinator at Kidder Mathews and this experience emersed him in the intricacies of the commercial real estate market. He began his tenure with Kidder Mathews in 2022 as a Marketing Coordinator and earlier served as the Digital Marketing Manager at Norris & Stevens. Phillip embarked on his professional path following his graduation from the Pamplin School of Business at University of Portland, where he earned a Bachelor of Business administration in marketing.

Originally from the island of Guam, Phillip brings a rich appreciation for diverse cultures. He is a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for creativity, sports, and photography.
