Brianna Cafourek

Brianna Cafourek is a property manager in the Kidder Mathews’ Seattle office. She manages a diverse office, retail, and industrial portfolio for private and institutional clients. Brianna is responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations, supervising engineers, tenant and client relations, budgeting, lease administration, vendor selection, reporting, and ensuring the properties are running smoothly. She has extensive experience in tenant and client relations, managing capital and tenant improvement projects, market-ready and vacancy turns, and all accounting functions.

Brianna has a diverse background, including over 10 years of experience establishing business partnerships, managing industry associations, residential real estate and commercial real estate, customer support, capital projects, fiscal budgets, vendor contracts, sales reporting, and client relationships.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Brianna was a senior property manager for Kennedy Wilson, where she managed a portfolio consisting of over one million square feet of commercial and retail assets, and hundreds of tenants, clients, and vendors. She bid on vendor contracts, reviewed bids, hired vendors, and managed construction projects.

Brianna continues to gain experience in delivering excellent customer service while building strong, long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with tenants and building owners. She strives to provide high-level customer service to both her clients and tenants.
