Jimmy Cacho

Jimmy joined Kidder Mathews in 2010 as the market research coordinator for the firm’s Redwood Shores and Silicon Valley offices. Working closely with brokers, he performed indepth lease and market analysis and was responsible for producing the quarterly office, R&D, and industrial market reports for the Peninsula and Silicon Valley markets.

Jimmy began his career in brokerage at Kidder Mathews in 2012, specializing in tenant and landlord representation with a focus on office/R&D lease transactions. His clients include technology and medical device tenants ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies.
 

Education

Jimmy completed his undergraduate studies at Santa Clara University in 2010, with a degree in finance. While attending school, Jimmy was a member and captain of the Division I Santa Clara University Men’s Golf Team.
