Jimmy has over a decade of brokerage experience, specializing in tenant and landlord representation in Silicon Valley with a focus on office/R&D lease and sale transactions.

His clients include technology, life science, and medical device tenants ranging from start-ups to publicly traded companies. Whether it is facilitating new leases or building purchases, managing renewals, or coordinating subleasing efforts, Jimmy delivers customized solutions that align with clients’ operational needs and growth plans.

Prior to brokerage, Jimmy worked as the market research coordinator for the firm’s Redwood Shores and Silicon Valley offices. Working closely with brokers, he performed in depth lease and market analysis and was responsible for producing the quarterly office, R&D, and industrial market reports for those markets.
