Jimmy has over a decade of brokerage experience, specializing in tenant and landlord representation in Silicon Valley with a focus on office/R&D lease and sale transactions.

He has represented a broad range of clients, from early-stage startups to established publicly traded companies across the technology, manufacturing, life science, and medical device sectors. Whether the assignment involves securing a new lease, facilitating a building acquisition, managing a renewal, or overseeing a sublease disposition, Jimmy delivers strategic, customized solutions that align with each client’s operational objectives and long-term growth plans.

Prior to brokerage, Jimmy worked as the market research coordinator for the firm’s Redwood Shores and Silicon Valley offices. Working closely with brokers, he performed in depth lease and market analysis and was responsible for producing the quarterly office, R&D, and industrial market reports for those markets.
