Spencer Burmester

Spencer Burmester specializes in the sale, acquisition, and leasing of industrial property in the South Bay region of Greater Los Angeles.

Using his determination and organization skills learned through years of various leadership roles, Spencer is able to connect clients to property in a strategic way. He focuses on creating lasting relationships with clients for continued growth and success. Spencer believes exceptional customer service and continuous communication is key to building these relationships.

Spencer’s interest in real estate stems from a familial background of brokers and commercial landlords. This familial background has taught him the importance of having expert knowledge of the marketplace in which one works. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Spencer worked as an intern alongside leasing brokers at Rosen Harbottle Commercial Real Estate in the Seattle metropolitan area.

Originally from Seattle, Spencer moved to Southern California where he attended Chapman University in Orange County. He received his B.S. in business administration, emphasizing in finance and real estate. On the weekends you can find Spencer enjoying the beach or trying out one of LA’s amazing restaurants.
