Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Conor Burling graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) where he majored in finance with a minor in economics. He advises corporate and healthcare occupiers, owners, and investors on their facility needs, guiding them from site selection to the successful negotiation of commercial real estate lease and sale transactions. With experience working across a wide array of commercial property types including office, retail, and industrial, a growing area of focus is on the healthcare sector where he assists practitioners, medical groups, and owners in securing the right transactions to meet their objectives. With his thorough follow-through, tailored approach, and strong background in financial analysis, Conor addresses each client’s unique needs and ensures that every transaction is optimized to meet their strategic goals.
During his junior and senior years at UNR, Conor was a captain of the lacrosse team. His experience in leading teams and managing complex dynamics has equipped him with many of the skills helpful in navigating the diverse challenges of the real estate market effectively. Conor’s blend of leadership, analytical prowess, and client-focused dedication makes him a valuable asset in any real estate transaction.
Outside of commercial real estate, Conor enjoys golfing, snowboarding, playing lacrosse, and music.
