Jeff R. Brown is a Senior Vice President at Kidder Mathews with more than 20 years of experience in San Diego commercial real estate. Specializing in industrial properties, Jeff represents property owners, investors, and occupiers in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial real estate throughout San Diego County.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has successfully negotiated lease and sale transactions totaling approximately 7 million square feet, with total consideration exceeding $1.2 billion. His extensive experience in the San Diego industrial market provides clients with in-depth knowledge of property values, lease economics, market conditions, and transaction structure.

Jeff takes a practical, transaction-focused approach to his assignments, helping clients evaluate opportunities, navigate negotiations, and execute transactions that align with their real estate and business objectives.
