Jeff Brown is a senior property manager, specializing in office, retail, and industrial property management. He is directly responsible for the management and capital improvements for a 1,650,000 square foot portfolio of office, flex, and industrial properties, as well as thorough oversight on all aspects of managing and leasing the properties. Jeff has managed for all grades of clients, from family trusts to pension fund advisors and exclusively for Portland State University.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Jeff spent four years as a property manager for Shorenstein Realty Services, managing up to 612,000 square feet of Class-A office space, including a 19-story office in downtown Portland. He managed a 2.8 million square foot industrial property portfolio for Trammell Crow / CB Richard Ellis, and he directly managed 482,000 square feet of office and retail space for NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson prior to that.
