Licensed in Oregon and Washington, Caryl has been active since 2002 closing real estate transactions in Portland’s urban core and Vancouver’s central city neighborhoods.

She specializes in Landlord/Tenant representation for lease and sales transactions. She has represented the Pearl District’s premier landlords and developers, negotiating lease and sale transactions for both retail and creative office space, including new-build high rise, mixed use projects and historic and/or adaptive reuse projects.

High profile projects downtown Vancouver include reconfiguring and re-tenanting the multi-building Schofield Block and created CBD Vancouver’s best “it block” of activity and commerce.

Caryl is an engaged commercial real estate broker with over 22 years closing sale and lease transactions in Portland/Vancouver’s urban core and central city neighborhoods. These transactions involved adaptive reuse, ground up high rise mixed use and single tenant buildings. Her work has included identification of purchase opportunities for investors, and owner user properties, as well as sale of key urban sites on behalf of high-net-worth families and institutions. She has expanded her geography to include servicing the Columbia River Gorge and NE Oregon.
