Parker Breen is an associate with Kidder Mathews, specializing in office, flex, R&D, and industrial properties throughout San Francisco and the greater Bay Area.

He advises clients on office and industrial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, site selection, and occupancy planning. He works closely with businesses, property owners, and investors throughout the Bay Area, helping clients evaluate opportunities, negotiate transactions, and make informed real estate decisions. Known for his responsiveness and collaborative approach, Parker prioritizes clear communication and long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals alike.

Parker earned a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional development from the University of Arizona, where he studied the factors that influence decision-making, relationship-building, and organizational success. This background continues to inform his consultative approach to commercial real estate.

Originally from Sacramento and a graduate of Jesuit High School, Parker brings a competitive mindset, disciplined work ethic, and team-oriented perspective to every assignment.

A former rugby player, he remains active through fitness, golf, and skiing, and enjoys following Bay Area sports.
