Tyler Boyd specializes in sales (investment/owner-user/development sites) and leasing of office, medical buildings throughout the Sacramento region. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2009 with the CoStar Group. At CoStar, he quickly climbed the ranks to become CoStar’s top research analyst in the United States and led the Los Angeles research team.
In 2014, Tyler moved into brokerage where he is now recognized as one of the top young brokerage talents in the Sacramento region. In 2015, Tyler was named the winner of the CoStar Power Broker award for office sales and leasing in the Sacramento market. In 2021 & 2022, he was recognized by Kidder Mathews as a Top 10 broker in the region. His vast knowledge and research-based approach is what distinguishes and separates him from his peers. Tyler’s goal is to provide his clients with highly individualized service, realizing that what works for one client, may require a different approach for another.
Tyler focuses his time and efforts in helping St. John Notre Dame school and church in Folsom, Children of the Nations, Charity Water, and veteran-military family focused charities such as the Gary Sinise Foundation, Wounded Warriors, and Angels of America’s Fallen. He is also member of ACRE (Association of Commercial Real Estate).
Tyler received his Bachelor of Science degree in real estate investment analysis and finance from San Diego State University in 2008.
