Working alongside partner Kevin Sheehan, Tyler focuses on office, medical, industrial, flex, and retail properties, with particular depth in owner-user sales, investment sales, land, and the 1031 exchange process. His business is built primarily on the listing and seller side, with select buyer and tenant representation for long-term clients.
Tyler’s core competencies are marketing, valuation, financial and investment analysis, and an ability to anticipate and shape the sales process before problems arise — not after. That forward-thinking approach, rooted in a research background that made him CoStar’s top analyst in the United States, consistently produces better outcomes at the transaction level.
Over the course of his career, Tyler has completed more than $280 million in commercial sales and over 1.3 million square feet of lease transactions. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for office sales and leasing in the Sacramento market, and by Kidder Mathews as a Top 10 broker in the region.
Tyler directs his charitable focus toward St. John Notre Dame Catholic school and church in Folsom, Children of the Nations, Charity Water, and veteran and military family organizations including the Gary Sinise Foundation, Wounded Warriors, and Angels of America’s Fallen. He is also a member of ACRE (Association of Commercial Real Estate).
Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in real estate investment analysis and finance from San Diego State University.
