Aldo Bottalla

Aldo Bottalla has represented both tenants and landlords in their leasing, purchase and sale of office space throughout Greater Los Angeles while specializing in representing office tenants in Tri-Cities (Glendale, Pasadena, Burbank) and Downtown Los Angeles.

Aldo’s goal is to empower his clients to make the best real estate decisions possible by uncovering every available option. He achieves this by providing the most current information, identifying inefficient uses of office space and recommending creative solutions supported by a singular market focus. His strategic consultative approach enhances value, reduces time and costs, while managing risks.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Aldo began his brokerage career in 2016 with Newmark and before that was working as a leasing specialist at Essex Property Trust.

Aldo is a graduate of Indiana University Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and is currently a board member with King’s College London, Los Angeles Alumni Committee.
