Eric started in commercial real estate in 1983 after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in industrial engineering. His main emphasis is retail properties where he has a vast experience with tenant rep, project leasing, and land and investment sales. Prior to Kidder Mathews, he was at CB Commercial for 10 years and First Western Properties for 15 years where he was top broker in his office 4 out of the last 6 years. Most recently he was with Cascade Commercial/Wallace Properties for 3 years where he was the top broker twice.
