Mary holds her managing broker real estate license in the state of Washington. As a member of the Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) since 2009, she has served on the Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and chaired the Government and Industry Affairs Committee. Mary is serving as the current secretary for the BOMA PAC and was a 2018 President’s Award recipient. She also served on the board and committees for the Metropolitan Improvement District (MID) from 2011-2021 and has been involved in civic neighborhood associations, such as the Denny Triangle Neighborhood Association and the Belltown Business Association from 2012-2017.

Mary began her commercial property management career in 2009 on a team that managed downtown Seattle Class A high rise, retail, office, mixed-use sites, and a medical office building portfolio. Over the years, she grew her expertise and experience to include roles as property manager, senior manager, and director of property management. In her role as senior property manager, Mary is responsible for developing and directing the property teams to provide best-in-class service, partnering with clients and contractors to identify and execute value strategies, ensuring financial reporting compliance, risk management, and business development.
