With over 30 years of Bay Area commercial real estate experience, Mr. Bennett is a market leader in serving the unique space requirements of the life science industry. Mr. Bennett’s extensive real estate skill-set encompasses a multitude of disciplines including tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, asset management, development, and valuation.

Over the years, Mr. Bennett has represented a wide variety of tenants including, Big Pharma, large and mid-cap publicly traded biotech companies, and early-stage venture backed firms. He has also represented a diverse range of investors and developers, ranging from institutional REITs and multi-national investment firms to local building owners.

Mr. Bennett currently holds a senior leadership role within the firm’s life science group and is involved in major tenant and landlord assignments throughout the SF Bay Area, San Diego and elsewhere on the West Coast.
