Jeremy is an accomplished commercial real estate professional, boasting a rich history of experience and expertise and has facilitated transactions totaling over $300M throughout his career. His journey has seen him contribute significantly to various reputable firms, honing his skills in underwriting, financial analysis, market research, and due diligence review, all aimed at facilitating successful commercial real estate transactions for clients.

Before his tenure at Kidder Mathews, Jeremy was a Vice President of Acquisitions/Partner at EdenRock Group, where he played a pivotal role in the acquisition of $35M worth of real estate assets. Prior to that, he served as an Associate VP at Concord Senior Real Estate Services, a firm offering a comprehensive suite of services in capital markets, property management, asset management, construction management, and brokerage/advisory services. Jeremy began his career as an Associate at Pegasus Investments, where he directly facilitated transactions across retail, multi-family, and office sectors.

Jeremy’s educational background from the University of Southern California’s Price School of Public Policy, Management & Planning, equipped him with a Bachelor of Science degree, specializing in real estate development and finance. Furthermore, his fluency in French and English, along with conversational proficiency in Spanish, Hebrew, and Arabic, underscores his multicultural background and global outlook.

Born in France and raised in Morocco, Jeremy currently resides in West Hills with his wife and three children. Jeremy Benloulou finds joy and fulfillment in family activities, particularly in supporting his children’s sports endeavors. As a dedicated father, he actively coaches his son’s soccer team and attends both his son’s and daughter’s sports events, enthusiastically cheering them on from the sidelines. Jeremy relishes the opportunity to spend quality time with his children, engaging in various activities that enrich their weekends and create lasting memories together.
