Todd joined Kidder Mathews in 2001, and has 25 years of commercial office leasing and sales real estate experience. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was a top producer and senior office broker at Trammell Crow Company, an international real estate services firm, and he started his real estate career with The Norman Company, a boutique commercial real estate firm. He has leased or sold over 3 million square feet of office space during his career.
Todd has lived in the Puget Sound region for over 40 years and has an extensive knowledge of the Puget Sound commercial office marketplace, where he focuses on leasing and investment sales of commercial office properties in the greater Seattle marketplace.
Todd enjoys tennis, fishing and traveling with his family. He has volunteered for the University of Washington Young Alumni Board, Seattle Tennis Club Board of Trustees, Madison Park Community Council, and the Cystic Fibrosis Guild.
