Kareem A. Barzegar, CCIM, CPM®

Kareem Barzegar specializes in representing tenants in office lease transactions.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Kareem honed his expertise at Avison Young for seven years. His earlier experience includes roles as a broker at Cassidy Turley and Grubb & Ellis. Throughout his career of over 20 years, Kareem has successfully completed over 500 leasing assignments, earning more than 50 letters of recommendation along the way. He holds two prestigious certifications: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM®), recognized as some of the highest distinctions in the industry.

Outside of work, Kareem enjoys mountain biking, fishing, snowboarding, and spending quality time with his wife and two young children.

Affiliations

In 2017, Kareem founded The CARE Group, an all-volunteer registered 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to raising money for underprivileged children in the Bay Area. Before this, Kareem was elected President of RECON San Francisco, a local children’s charity in the Bay Area, from 2012 to 2017. Giving back to the underprivileged community has always been a pillar of his professional career.
