Paul Barretto

Paul Barretto is an associate vice president at Kidder Mathews, specializing in multifamily investment properties in Los Angeles.

Paul is based in Kidder Mathews’ Century City office, where he specializes in multifamily investment properties in the Los Angeles area. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley and a master’s degree from the Gould School of Law at the University of Southern California.

Before joining Kidder Mathews, Paul served as captain of the Division 1 men’s tennis teams at both universities, achieving top 10 national rankings in both singles and doubles. His leadership experience as a team captain and his deep knowledge of the Los Angeles area, gained during his time at USC, are invaluable assets in advising clients on their commercial real estate investments.

In his free time, Paul enjoys playing tennis, golfing, and studying history.
