Brandon Barnes

Brandon Barnes specializes in brokerage and consulting services for investors and businesses operating in the office, flex, industrial, R&D, and retail property sectors across Southern California. His diverse experience has made him an expert in sales, leasing, contracts, negotiations, property evaluation, real estate investments, construction, and much more.

Brandon’s approach to real estate stems from his early career working as a broker with a boutique full-service real estate firm in Newport Beach. Barnes studied business and real estate during his 4 years at Chapman University.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Brandon worked as a broker with Redwood West where he focused primarily on the industrial & office markets in Orange County. Brandon also has significant experience representing both tenants and landlords on numerous creative waterfront office properties.

Barnes prides himself in being fully committed to building and maintaining honest, transparent, relationships with each of his clients. This client-first mindset ensures that he brings best-in-class service to the table with each deal.

Brandon enjoys spending time with friends and family, and he is also an avid baseball fan.
