Brandon Barnes specializes in brokerage and consulting services for investors and businesses operating in the office, industrial, flex, and R&D property sectors.

Brandon’s approach to real estate stems from his early career working with a boutique full-service real estate firm in Newport Beach. His diverse experience coupled with his degree in business and real estate from Chapman University allows him to find creative solutions for his clients.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Brandon worked as a senior associate with Redwood West where he focused primarily on the office and industrial markets in Orange County. Brandon also has significant experience representing both tenants and landlords on numerous creative waterfront office properties.

Brandon enjoys spending time with friends and family, and he is also an avid baseball fan.
