DeAnna’s responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of Kidder Mathews’ Portland portfolio. Committed to proactive, highly responsive support, DeAnna prioritizes maintaining secure, pristine facilities while implementing creative, property-specific strategies that drive long-term value and successfully execute ownership’s business plans. DeAnna joined Kidder Mathews in 2026.
DeAnna brings nearly 30 years of comprehensive experience managing premier office, retail, and industrial properties across California, Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. Her expertise focuses primarily on Class-A institutional assets in core urban markets. DeAnna has successfully led operations and maximized value for multi-building portfolios on behalf of respected national and international commercial real estate firms, including Hines, RREEF, and Lincoln. Her extensive portfolio history includes managing the repositioning of PacWest Center (550K SF high-rise in Portland) and commissioning and leasing Block 216 post development (1.1M SF mixed-use high-rise in Portland).
She excels at coordinating third-party contractors and cross-functional, in-house specialists to deliver fast-paced tenant improvements and major capital repositioning projects. Her structured oversight ensures that large-scale physical upgrades remain on schedule and within budget while strictly minimizing disruption to existing tenants.
DeAnna has a B.S. in Business Administration from Arizona State University. She is a State of Oregon Licensed Principal Broker. Active in the local real estate community, DeAnna holds her Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation and serves on the Executive Council for the IREM Oregon-Columbia River Chapter.
