Based in Seattle and serving the larger Pacific Northwest region, Justin’s appraisal background encompasses diverse and complex properties, ranging from multifamily, industrial, office, retail, residential subdivisions, agricultural land, and large mixed-use development projects.

Justin brings a wide-ranging expertise in property valuation across various locations, from high end resort and vacation markets in rural areas to institutional grade assets in major metropolitan areas. In addition, he has assisted clients with eminent domain and litigation support services and has been actively engaged in the real estate appraisal industry since 2016.

Besides valuation, interests include ground up development and adaptive reuse projects.
