Dorcey Abshier

Dorcey Abshier joined the valuation advisory services department of Kidder Mathews in October 2021. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Mr. Abshier was a staff appraiser for a national valuation firm and began his real estate career as an analyst for a San Diego industrial real estate developer. His real estate valuation assignments have been completed for financial reporting, portfolio monitoring, asset management, acquisition due diligence, and mortgage financing for a variety of client types including pension funds, REITs, investment advisors, and regional and national financial institutions. His valuation experience includes traditional property types such as industrial, land, office, retail, self-storage, hotel, and multifamily properties.
