Karl’s expertise centers on 50 to 300+ unit transactions involving private capital add-value opportunities, community re-positions, institutional forecloses, REO, short sales, 1st note sales and condominium conversions. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Karl successfully facilitated hundreds of transactions on behalf of his clients with Marcus & Millichap, Churchill Commercial Mortgage, Integrated Commercial Capital, FDIC, Grubb & Ellis, NGKF and ARA.

Over the past 60 months, Karl facilitated multifamily transactions and note sales equaling 7,000+ units and excess of $600.0 million in consideration.
