Richard G. Abdulian

Richard Abdulian has been a commercial real estate broker in the Greater Los Angeles region for over forty years focusing primarily on selling and leasing industrial property.

In addition he has completed a significant number of transactions in office, retail and investments making him uniquely qualified to handle any type of real estate requirement on behalf of his clients. He has always strived to be a relationship driven broker, taking a deep personal interest in his clients, resulting in a mutually beneficial trust.

Richard started his career with Grubb & Ellis Company in 1985 earning “Rookie of the Year” honors within his office. Over his career, Richard has been affiliated with numerous large commercial real estate firms and has consistently been a top producer. He has successfully closed in excess of $2 billion in transactions.
