Seattle-based real estate investment company Keelbase Capital announced Wednesday its acquisition of The Baxter, an 80-unit apartment community in downtown Bellevue.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. King County records show the property previously sold for $33.1 million in 2022. The Baxter is located at 11115 NE 2nd St., a block west of Interstate 405.
