Bell Partners has added another piece to its northwest portfolio, paying $95 million for an apartment building in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood.
Bell Partners, a national apartment owner and property management firm based in Greensboro, closed on the 261-unit property at 1545 NW Market St. on Friday. The seller was Ballard Apartments LLC, a company linked to BlackRock Realty Advisors.
