Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce Rory Baird has joined the firm’s Valuation Advisory Services team as Vice President, based in its downtown Los Angeles office.
Baird brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience, specializing in the valuation of industrial, storage yard, retail, office, medical office, multifamily, and vacant land properties throughout Greater Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
His practice focuses on providing valuation services for lender appraisals, estate tax planning, portfolio reviews, and market rent analyses, serving both financial institutions and private property owners.
Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Baird began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in multifamily brokerage. He later transitioned into appraisal with The Renken Company, building a strong foundation in valuation services across a wide range of property types.
