Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce that veteran commercial real estate investment broker Jon Busse has joined the firm’s Carlsbad office. With more than four decades of experience, Busse has represented investors, developers, and institutional property owners in investment sales transactions across a broad range of asset types.
During his career, Busse has completed more than $1 billion in investment real estate transactions. His track record includes representing 30 different institutional owners, as well as advising high-net-worth individuals, syndicators, and developers on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.
Busse specializes in high-credit, single-tenant net leased (NNN) investment properties nationwide. In addition to his net lease experience, he has successfully brokered transactions involving multitenant office, retail, industrial, and multifamily investment properties.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Busse was with Colliers. Earlier in his career, he was an investment sales broker with Grubb & Ellis in San Diego.
