New Retailer Lined Up for Former Rite Aid in Factoria

Teso Life, the popular Japanese lifestyle retailer, is headed to Bellevue.

The company has signed a lease for 23,375 square feet at The Marketplace at Factoria. The space was formerly occupied by Rite Aid, which closed the store in 2024 as part of its a wave of closures following the pharmacy chain’s bankruptcy.
