Unico Properties has put Tacoma’s landmark 1201 Pacific tower on the market, marking another major office tower listing in the Puget Sound region this year.
The 22-story office high-rise — Tacoma’s tallest — was listed June 17. The 303,673-square-foot property is being marketed without an asking price, though it has an assessed value of $39.1 million, according to Pierce County records.
