Kidder Mathews Senior Vice President Carter McFarland Earns SIOR Designation

Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce that Senior Vice President Carter McFarland has been awarded the prestigious SIOR designation by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®.

McFarland specializes in office and flex leasing, representing tenants throughout Portland’s Central City and Southwest suburbs. Over the course of his career, he has facilitated lease and sale transactions exceeding $500 million in total value and is consistently recognized as a top producer.

“Earning the SIOR designation is a meaningful milestone in my career. For over 80 years, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® has been the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association. With 4,000 members in 50 countries, it represents some of today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. The SIOR designation is awarded to individuals who meet certain gross revenue and transaction standards, education, ethics, and endorsements.

With McFarland’s induction, Kidder Mathews now has 43 brokers who hold the SIOR designation.
