Portland General Electric has acquired 127,418 square feet at Mohawk Business Park in Tualatin, Oregon, for $14.5 million, according to Kidder Mathews’ first quarter 2026 Portland office market report. The purchase from The Khoshbin Company priced out to approximately $114 per square foot.
