An undisclosed tenant has signed a 105,000-square-foot lease at 9213 NE 72nd Avenue in Vancouver, Washington. The lease, executed in March 2026, is with landlord Panattoni Development Company, Inc., according to Kidder Mathews’ first quarter 2026 Portland Industrial Market report.
