Medical Equipment Supplier Buys Rancho Cordova Building for $14 Million

While in talks about extending Life-Assist Inc.’s lease at 11266-11277 Sunrise Park Drive in Rancho Cordova, company representatives decided to take a different strategy instead.

The result was Life-Assist buying the building, with plans to fully occupy it in the next year, said deal broker Peter Winterling of Kidder Mathews.
