For the first time in nearly three years, vacancy rates for Portland office space are pointing down.
Data from real estate firm Kidder Mathews shows downtown office vacancy in the first quarter of the year fell to 31.9%, down from 33%. The decrease follows years of vacancy increases since the pandemic and comes as more office tenants look to stay downtown.
