Celestica, a global electronics manufacturing services company, has signed a 165,000-square-foot lease at 18550-18870 NE Riverside Parkway in Portland’s East Columbia Corridor submarket. The lease was executed in March 2026 with landlord Link Logistics Real Estate, according to Kidder Mathews’ first quarter 2026 Portland Industrial Market report.
