Amazon has acquired a massive industrial portfolio in the Frederickson area for $219.5 million, marking one of the largest commercial real estate transactions in Pierce County in recent years.
The deal, recorded Friday, includes a more than 1 million-square-foot warehouse complex, along with approximately 20 acres of adjacent undeveloped land, signaling continued demand for large-scale logistics space in the South Sound.
