Unico Tapped to Manage Swickard’s Recently Acquired Downtown Building

Unico Properties has been tapped to manage a downtown building recently purchased by Big Pink owner Jeff Swickard.

The Seattle-based real estate investment and operations company will manage the Five Oak Building, at 421 S.W. Oak St., across the street from Big Pink, formerly known as U.S. Bancorp Tower.
