A prominent Portland staffing and recruiting firm is relocating within downtown next month, signaling its commitment to the urban core even as competitors shift to remote work. According to a report from the Portland Business Journal, Boly:Welch plans to move its offices to the Sixth and Main Building at 1050 S.W. Sixth Ave. in February, leaving the adjacent Power + Light Building where it has operated for the past 12 years.
