A two-building, four-tenant retail center in Bonney Lake has hit the market for $9.57 million.
The property, named Mountain View Marketplace, is located at 20502 98th St. E. off the city’s main thoroughfare. The buildings are fully leased, with retail tenants Panera Bread, Xfinity, Aspen Dental and Kelly Threading spanning its 9,635 rentable square feet. Bonney Lake’s Costco, which opened in 2018, sits less than 1,000 feet away from the property.
