Kidder Mathews is pleased to announce that Tim Weber has joined the firm as Executive Vice President in its Tacoma office.
Weber brings more than three decades of experience specializing in retail commercial real estate across the Puget Sound region, with deep expertise in tenant and landlord representation, as well as buyer and seller advisory services. He joins Kidder Mathews after spending 32 years at First Western Properties—where he served as President and Principal and played a key role in building and leading a highly successful retail practice.
Weber reunites with a team he helped build at his prior firm, including Don Whittles, Blake Weber, and Ned Whalen, all of whom joined the Kidder Mathews Tacoma office in 2025. Weber has worked closely with his son Blake for the past decade, Whittles for more than 23 years, and Whalen for nearly three years.
Together, the team’s collective experience fosters strong collaboration and continuity. They are widely recognized for their market knowledge and long-standing client relationships—representing a diverse roster of local, regional, and national brands, including 7-Eleven, Les Schwab Tires, Wells Fargo, Wendy’s, Starbird Chicken, Safelite, and The UPS Store.
