Kidder Mathews is pleased to welcome Jonathan Steier as Vice President in the firm’s Sherman Oaks, California office. He brings more than 25 years of experience specializing in retail leasing and investment sales throughout greater Los Angeles, with a primary focus on the San Fernando Valley.
Steier has successfully facilitated nearly $100 million in real estate sales and completed over 400 leases. These transactions have involved both local retailers and national brands, including Chipotle Mexican Grill, See’s Candies, Petco, Chase Bank, Dollar Tree, and Michaels.

Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, Steier was the founding principal of JS Realty Co., a boutique retail brokerage firm based in Encino, California. His career also includes roles at Combined Properties and JH Snyder Co., and Cypress Retail Group.
